WHAT IS ACNE?
Acne medically known as acne vulgaris. Acne is a skin is condition characterized by bumps and lesions on face, chest and back. It occurs because of over activity of sebaceous glands and leading to blockage of hair follicles.

- Apply paste of bark of Arjun tree and milk.
- Apply sandalwood powder and turmeric powder with rose water. Leave it 30min on face and wash it with cold water.
- Crush some clean and fresh basil leaves and get the juice. Then apply it on face and leave 15-20mins. After that wash it off with clean water.
- Apply Indian gooseberry paste on skin and leave it 15-20 mins. Then wash it off with cold water.
- Apply bee honey on face and leave it 15-20min. then wash it with cold water.
- Apply turmeric paste with rose water. Leave it on 15-20mins and wash it off. You can replace rose water with honey if you have dry skin.
- Apply neem leave paste with rose water. Leave it on 15-mins and wash it off.
- Apply papaya paste with rose water and leave it on 15-20mins.
Diet and life style advices for avoid acne

- Avoid spicy, oily and sour foods
- Eat more of fresh Fruits and Vegetables, unprocessed food
- Drink more water
